enctype="multipart/form-data" on checkout confirmation

Hello,

Can anyone explain why

Code:

enctype="multipart/form-data"

is used in checkout_confirmation.tpl.php ? I can understand why in fdm, fss, easypopulate ... but create_account? checkout_success?

It just seems to break some payment modules. Isn't enctype="multipart/form-data" for file uploads?

likely part of the forms and surveys.. as that allows file uploads during either create account/checkout success

Yeah, should have a conditional in there for that if so ... it breaks some payment modules.
