 Post subject: Strange URL structure appearing for already indexed pages?

I have just set-up a new site and when my URL has indexed another strange duplicate
URL appears for the same page, the duplicate URL being wrong.
This is happening for lots of pages, why is this coming and what I need to do to stop this?

For example:

wrong:

http://www.mysite.co.uk/--Category-Product/ c43_41_39/index.html

correct:

http://www.mysite.co.uk/Category-Product/ c39/index.html

Please can someone advise?
