 Post subject: Shipping not adding in IE but adds in firefox, PLEASE HELP

In IE in the checkout the shipping charge shows under 'Shipping Method' but does
not appear at the bottom of the page where it does the totaling, unless you put your
cursor over the 'Shipping method' and click on the shipping charge. But in Firefox the
shipping appears where the totaling is and automatically adds on. Please advise what
to do to correct this fault/bug?
