 Post subject: "Define MainPage" text disappears

Just recently, the "Define MainPage" text has been disappearing from our site every couple of days. The foreign language versions of the Mainpage are untouched, and if I replace the English Main Page, everything is fine... for a couple of days, and then it is lost and disappears again.

We haven't been working on the site Admin during that time, so I don't think we've done anything wrong. All I can think of, is some kind of attempted hack, but I'm not aware of any.

Any suggestions? Our site runs CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B[13.1 (SP1)].
