CRE Loaded v 6.2(09)

Recently, accessing CRE admin pages to update website has become very, very slow. Per our host, this is because CRE trying to access two external URL's which are dead links and this is dramatically slowing the performance of the admin interface.

The two links are:

https://adserver.authsecure.com/adx.js AND

http://store.creloaded.com/cre/admin/login.php

How do I disable or fix this problem?

Hard to help with this as the version of the cart you're running is very old.
Try looking in admin/messages.php for calls to adserver (but that file may not exist.)
The second link - sounds weird; how would a link to an inactive site cause a slow down? Is it actioned or just appearing on the admin homepage?

I'd look at upgrading.

I've the same problem today and I've found the solution

The call to the adserver is located in the database. Check the table called "banners" !

i am having this issue aswell.

i went on chat support said i can find information here.

search doesn't seem to be working that great.

i found the table Nico talked about. erased everything in there.. no dice. still hanging.

any other ideas guys?
