CRE Loaded Community

I'm running CRE 6.2 and have a problem in attributes. We have products tied to an option value that no longer exists, therefore, we can't turn off the attribute in the cart. Here's the link to the page item:

We need to be able to turn off the Card Stock attribute at the bottom of the list. The drop down attribute that exists cannot be found anywhere in our admin attribute page for removal.

Any thoughts?

Easiest to edit the database itself if there's a 'hanging' attribute value/option/link.
Take a look under product_attributes_options etc tables, find name, get id, zap. Backup dbase first.
