Hi,

I currently have a blank "contact us" page and want to enable the customer to be able to send me questions through this page (so automatically emailed to me).

Any ideas on how to do this?

Hi,

I've attached a text file...they wouldn't allow a .php file extension. This is the Contact Us page .php code we used on our site. Hope it helps.
