Is it possible to get a link to view all the entire products list in the store catalog?

Yeah, that'd be the file allprods.php ... so:

mystore.com/allprods.php

Also - at least one of the existing categories boxes includes code to do this.

Checking the category box files in templates/default/boxes may be helpful in maintaining session while including the link....

Yes that's true - check categories4.php in /templates/default/boxes for the code.
