Er, what's the question? Do you mean can you modify the shipping module text to describe the service? Yes:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/<whatever shipping module you're using>.php

My question is , i want to give just options to customer, the requirement is from client. I want to know, can i have such options in shipping, if yes, then how? I installed all the modules in shipping category thru admin but they are not visible on my page.
Plz suggest

If you've installed shipping modules and they're not visible in the checkout then it could be several different things, the first 2 being - have you modified any of the checkout files already and what template are you using?

If you have shipping zones specified, does the test order met the requirements you've setup?

No changes done. Only thru admin install module.
