Hey guys - how do I delete and limit countries that I want to sell to in my webstore?

I thought I saw another thread about this but did a search and couldn't find it so apologies if this has been answered before.

Depends really ...

#1 you could simply delete all the countries out of the database (countries table), assuming you don't already have customer accounts that have these countries in their address book

or

#2 add in a status column to the countries table and use it the same way active/inactive products work with the red/green lights
