Sorry, what version of Cre have you installed? Surely not 6.2.

CRE Loaded 6.2 - you better believe it. My client is using e-commerce that's datemarked as 2003. *facepalm*

Patch 14? If not, push for upgrade or change of cart ... it'll all just end in frustration.

Thanks! I'm pushing the client to allow Patch 14 to be applied.

Unfortunately, a new store isn't on the cards given her timeframes.

In the meantime, does anyone have an answer to my questions - the frustration has got me curious.

[*] How / where do I find where CRE Loaded is pulling the "/includes/" prefix from in the warning "Warning: key directory does not exist. /includes/key/"

[*] What I'm noticing is that the identified directory, "/download/" doesn't change in response to my changes in the config files.
'Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /download/.' Any thoughts on why or where the identified file wouldn't be updating?

ah hahahahahahahha.

The client's site was already updated to version 6.2 Patch 14.

So, I do actually need an answer to my two questions. Anyone?

I'm not clear what the issue is on these cross posts, but the answer to both of the warnings is in my reply to the download one.
