CRE Loaded Community

New install of B2B v6.4 and we cannot get the categories to display in the infoboxes (any of them)

We have products in the site, they have stock quantities and the categories and products are all active.... what are doing wrong?

Was this store an upgrade from an earlier version (eg 6.2/3) ?
Tried any of the other category box options from the template / infobox admin ?

fresh install, have tried all category box option from the infobox admin panel.....

am an experienced CRE loaded user.....

if you've setup the catgeories correctly and your server meets the required specs then something has gone failry wrong. any red crosses in the admin >> tools >> server info area? sounds like there's more to this behind the scenes than so far revealed ...
