CRE Loaded Community

I had a template i was using under 6.4 but now having a problem under 6.5. I upload the template and configure the boxes etc and all is ok but when i go into the template manager and edit the modules for the index page there is nothing in the drop down boxes, i usually use specials, new products but the 6 drop down boxes are empty but it is pointing to the right directory for the modules

Does your template have its own /boxes folder - ie it doesn't use /templates/default/boxes ?
What appears to be selected path in the infobox configuration page?
