I just did an upgrade for a client, from 6.4.1 to 6.5 and now none of the clients can login.
I did a test on development server and worked fine, Uploaded to live server no customer can login
works.

Checked configure files / session settings / name on SSL cert etc ?
Looked at the /debug and error_log.txt areas?
