Recently, my website occurs a strange problem.

Some customers account will auto logout, but not cause session outdate, and when logout ,the web address "osCsid" is the same "osCsid". and there is no rule when and where the problem will be happen.

If set "check ip address" to "false" in admin cpanel, the problem will not occurs, but set to "true" again, the problem will happen again! -_-!!!

for securit , i can't set "check ip address" to "false"!

so terriible to me .

Why be more secure (which is doubtful anyway) if your store breaks? Switch it off and get on with it.

for some customer auto logout and the others not, i think maybe the reason is about cookies. but in my website configure i've set "Force Cookie Use" to "False".

It is not about the cookies. Its about the sessions.

Which means this type of thing MAY be due to a cookie issue, but is not required to be and whether it is or not, the common element is the session id.

Setting 'Check IP' to false might help. But, if someone has embedded a link to logout which contains an embedded session id, the only fix will be to fix the link.

You might also try embedding code in application_top.php to write the request url and all $_REQUEST variables (by type, you may need to catch them all) to a debug file. Then replicate the issue and see what happens in the variables.
