Does anyone know the code I can use to call the Store/Site's Name?

You mean the language define in the configuration table, as set in the Admin >> Configuration >> My Store called ... STORE_NAME !

Yes, I need the code that the cart uses to call that. I'm designing a new template and I thought instead of putting a graphic in, I would just type the store name, but, if i have the code, if we ever change anything if this code was put in one less thing to do.
