No, not that I have seen, or if possible.

There is IP banner?

Having a lot of visits from IRAN?

You can do so that they cant create account.

Plus Ban some IPs but not all.

blocking visitors and stopping them from creating an account are two different things..

one is server side (blocking) the other is cart side

one simple solution is to define the denied ip list in your .htaccess file, list all the ip ranges you want to block in the .htaccess file, that will work without code change(linux only environment).

Check out this site which will generate information to add to your .htaccess file based on the countries you so desire to block!

as far as i know, it is only the IP that you can ban.
