Running a cre store in an iframe, with the same content as your original store?
Wouldn't that be death SEO wise to both stores (duplicate content) ?

You can run in iframe or in tabs(preferred) as canvas app. No chance of duplicate content in tabs and you can just no-follow the app in the iframe.

Here is a CRE Loaded site loading in tabs showing some items like new, featured, best sellers.

Our next version will be a full shopping system in tabs. categories>items>item details>shopping cart.

Tabs are preferred because you loose the Facebook feel once you leave the Fan page and move to the APP page.
