Edit to original post (I can't delete it). There was a disconnect in miscommunication and he's coming through.

We'll consider this my public THANK YOU and kudos to CRE-ACE.

Matt

Steve,

I paid for a modification on 1/20/09. It wasn't done on 3/11 so I asked if I should just upgrade to 6.3 to make it easier for you. I paid your company for 6.3 and a template alteration on 3/16.

3/24- asked you for a time-frame for the mod and upgrade.
You advised my mod and upgrade would be done on 3/27.
4/14- I requested an update
4/21- another update requested
4/23- another update requested
5/2- another update requested

The last email you sent me was on 3/24. Please advise what the delay is?

Last time you didn't respond to me for two weeks (you were away on vacation?) this post caught your eye. I'm hoping it will catch your eye again to please respond to me. I have a lot of money tied up in upgrades and have not even had an update when they will be done and it's been over a month since you last replied. This is by far a flame, but apparently the only way to get you to respond to me.

Thank you,
Matt

If you continue not to receive a response start a charge back procedure with your credit card company I am sure that would get him the kick up the back side

What upgrades were you asking for?

good luck with that! I spent over 1000 with this guy last year to get a product data feed done and some web site updates and never got anything done. I even threatened to take legal action. Still no response. CRE ACE is a CRE FAKE. By the way he also has a site called WEBGO2.com
