Could someone help me to solve it....

I'm getting this error when I checkout :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_show_category() (previously declared in /htdocs/includes/header.php:174) in /includes/boxes/categories.php on line 13


I include files also:

categories.php
header.php

You can find them here: http://www.zone.ee/trenn/


Please could someone help me to solve it.....
