That much I have down, thank you... but what I am in need of is the proper code to add it into the header so that the admin controls its functions

I guess I need to clarify my needs:
I want to take the flags out of the Infobox and place it in the header so that it is still controlled from the admin... if I remove a language its flag goes, if i add a language its flag shows in the header.
