Hi Guys,

I've actually fixed many of the problems I was having without having to post on here.. simply by searching this forum - the amount of information in this forum is phenominal!!

However, Couldn't find an answer to this problem I'm having so thought it'd be best to add my bit to the forum.. ofcourse your answers will help me and others who come along with a similar issue

and when I try to write a product review, it keeps saying:
* The 'Review Text' must have at least 50 characters.\n

It doesn't work no matter how many words/characters I try to use.

Can anybody please help with this?

It is a matter of urgency because my website will be hosted in the UK MaxPower Magazine on the 12th of December 2007 and it is yet farrrr from finished.

Is Reviews function enabled for Cre loaded standard ????

I have the same problem, how did you guys fix this? No matter what I set the character limit to, it will not let you submit a review.

Are any of you really using Loaded 5 ??

I use the newest version 6.2, I just bought it. And the reviews do not work. No matter what you type in the text field the error will always appear "* The 'Review Text' must have at least 50 characters.\n"

I also use the newest version 6.2 with all patches...REVIEWS JUST DON"T WORK

I'm having the same issue and i'm on 6.2 v11.
It's a real pain and I don't think anyone has the answer

I have inherited the webmaster duties for a client who's currently using version: CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B[13.2 (SP1)]

There were 2 reviews entered in the site recently, but they were blank. I'm thinking, "ok..if the site needs at minimum 50 chars for a review, how did this become blank?"

Then I thought.."maybe it's a javascript validation and the customer had javascript turned off." So I did a test and well, that wasn't the case. It's server side validated (which is cool).

So I went ahead and put in a a bogus review with 50+ chars and it worked.

Now the only issue is debugging how 2 blank reviews entered into the system.

set value to 0 in admin not 50?...... got it working for me.
