So far I have gotten all my images to upload for what I am selling. But I have no idea how to start making changes to my page using Dreamweaver. CRE seams to use php files and don't see to be able to view it to make my changes. PLEASE fill me in on this, what am I missing?

Hi, DW can be used, I have used it for years. Use it in code mode. The best thing to do is to install a local server (do a full package such as http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html)

For images Fireworks is your best bet (again I have used this for years)
