 Post subject: usps shipping and paypal not showing up for customer

Anyone know why the USPS shipping module is not showing up when a customer checkout.

UPS work fine, I installed the USPS module but it doesn't show up I also enable the paypal module but it doesnt show up also. Any reason for this? I'm using the 6.5 CE version.

Do you have any shipping zone attached to the usps module?
Which Paypal module - there's the 3 in 1 (Pay by Paypal) and Paypal Express Checkout ... ?
Tried removing and reinstalling the modules?
