Loaded Commerce Community

I have no coding experience whats so ever. A good friend showed me OSCommerce one day and then I stumbled onto CRE Loaded, and it lead to this. Using pieces of an older OSCommerce template I found, and then modifying the Pixma_V1ATS template we made this site.

This is live so please no test orders. I'm open to comments, suggestions or just any feedback. Thanks.

Looks pretty good.
I would definitely not ask people their birthday & prob not their sex.

I am a real aesthetic, so I would upgrade to another template it once sales proved the model will work.

for someone who doesn't code, you are doing great. I'm not a coder at all. I'm barely an html cut and paster.

Looks pretty bare to me, i think it needs more images on the homepage.Also you need to make it more obvious what you're selling as it took me about 5 seconds to realise and the 1st few seconds is when you need to capture a visitor.

I'd change the colour of the links at the bottom too as grey and bright green dont go well together and it seems to me to be a little half hearted to tie the footer to the colour scheme at the top of the page like that.

Also if possible it's always a good idea to reduce the amount of clicks it takes to get to your products.For example it takes 5 clicks to get onto the page displaying the "773M - Adult Midweight Cardigan" product page.You could probably reduce this to 3.

Good work though,just needs a little more work on it.My 1st website was all html and it sucked, i was very proud of it at the time though lol.

I've recently launched a store using B2B, but during the weeks of development, I was unable to figure out how to create drop downs for our product variations. We also sell garments with have various colors and sizes. Also, are you able to keep inventories for each product variation?

Any advice is much appreciated.
