I have worked with a personal customer on startlogic hosting, and unfortunately, they were of no assistance with my customer, and ended up moving to another host and is quite happy he did.

This is the best I can tell you about the hosting solution you are using.

Startlogic was horrible. I ended up moving a few months ago to Siteground.com which I am very happy with.
