My store is setup running CRE Loaded6 v6.2 Pro[13.2 (SP1)] with Gift Voucher module and PayPal as the only payment module. When a customer who has available balance in their account makes a purchase (they tick the Use Gift Voucher account balance box) the discount appears to be applied (total order price shows £0.00) when they continue they are still sent to PayPal - which then complains that it can't accept a value of £0.00. Does anyone know why if the order value is £0.00 does the user still get sent to PayPal? Surely if they have ticked Use Gift Voucher account balance and that covers the cost of their purchase their order should just complete without the need to visit PayPal? Is there a way round this problem? Any help appreciated! Thanks
