Hello,

in the last few days 2 of my orders came through to us, but the payment did not go through. The message for the payment is "Credit Class Error". Does anyone know what this is, why it happens, and most importantly how to prevent it. Its embarrassing to have to chase down your customers money after they already placed their order.
