Of course every company will face complaints - that is the nature of the beast - but when a collective group gets together to discuss a problem it can prove very difficult to persuade them to stay I would imagine. I say imagine as I wouldn't know... we have never had the kind of problems they are facing

From what I am hearing, they have never been able to offer the same level of service/support since changing from Protx. It is a shame that Sage decided to bring their own people in (so I heard) as it was certainly running perfectly well under those guys.
Had another switcher from SP a few mins ago - a CRE Loaded user in fact...
No PayPal integration as yet but it is on the list. Once we have sufficient demand for it we will focus our efforts on developing this for our gateway. Goes without saying you will be the first to know when we add it
