Hey,
I'm using 6.4.1 on my site http://newcatcondos/products

I'm having coupon troubles and have searched around on the forums and can't seem to find my answer.

First off, when a customer enters the coupon code "Special" and hits redeem it takes them to this page which is blank.

If you hit back, you will find that the code did work and the discount is applied.
But, I have the coupon set to where it excluded products on sale, and it is not excluding the "Specials". I'm not sure if this is the same as on sale, or how i put my products on sale?

Sorry if i'm being a noob, but I searched and couldn't find it.

I have the same problem. I made a coupon, a fake customer, and went through the checkout process and when i enter a coupon and hit redeem; it just loads a blank page and i refresh wondering if it is the server taking a long time, but i think it is a problem with cre. I think you may have to specify which product or categories you want the coupon to be applied to. I am going to try this later. I will tell you if it works.

There is some trailing whitespace in includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_coupon.php that must be removed

open that file and make sure there are no spaces after ?> at the very end

I have figured out the problem, you must have .htaccess enabled and SEO urls turned on in order for coupons to work.

Edit, it's working but it says



i deleted all the white space on the language files.

Is everyone who is having these issues using the one page checkout?

Has anyone posted the issue to CRE 's issue tracker??

If not - please do. I'm seeing this or related issues on both of the 6.4.1a B2B sites I am working with at the moment, and these issues seem to be pretty widespread...
