I am getting an error when I try to install the UPS (Advanced) module via mvs and through the standard shipping module menu. Activating both at the same time. When I enable MVS then enable the original carts UPS module this happens.

10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid

&

1062 - Duplicate entry 'FILENAME_PACKAGING' for key 2

INSERT INTO configuration VALUES ("", "", "FILENAME_PACKAGING", "packaging.php", "", 0, 1, now(), now(), NULL, NULL)

Also the standard UPS MVS module is not calculating my handling fees at checkout. I also tried to use the UPS (Advanced) MVS feature and its not working at all. I have entered the correct information into the configuration and it is still not working.

Anyone having the same problem?
