We recently installed the Credit Card w/ CCV module to have a credit card payment page without going into Paypal. We experienced 80% or more declined purchases due to the CCV code being entered incorrectly. The problem was that the CCV codes were being but in correctly! We told the customers to call there CC company to see what the problem was and they ALL said the CCV code was being put in wrong. Now that I think back, I believe we had one or 2 that the Expiration date was changed from what was actually entered.
