Hi all,

We've just upgraded CRELoaded on our web store to 6.4, and also enabled non-domestic shipping via Fedex. Up to this point, we only offered Fedex domestic shipping. This has worked fairly well except that our sales d/b does not provide dimensions for shipping, so calculations on our web store are weight plus destination. The shipping fees tended to be too high, particularly for small-sized orders.

Now that we've enabled non-US shipping, the Fedex calculator is blowing off non-US orders due to addressing errors. Maybe 20% have gone through, mostly to Canada. The client gets stopped with an error code:
FedEx
No Rates Returned, F05A : Recipient country requires a postal code served by FedEx.

We think these errors are address formatting errors. The client is using an address Fedex cannot parse correctly.

We do a lot of non-US shipping. Due to all the issues being generated we're looking at using USPS shipping only for orders.

Is the Worldship module the best way to do this?
