if i have 2 vendors, say A and B, and A is set up for freeshipping all the time, and B is set up for freeshipping on orders over $100, is there a way to configure the cart so that freeshipping over $100 can be had if someone orders > $100 worth of products from a combination of vendors A and B? i cant get it beyond offering just free shipping all the time no matter the total cost when products from A and B are combined.

if i am rambling, here is basically what i am trying to do:

vendor A: free shipping all the time
vendor B: free shipping on orders over $100
combo of prods from A and B: free shipping on orders over $100
