can someone please point me to the file for this:

i am trying to make a change on the affiliate_summary.php page ... want to make the "banners" button point to a different page than it is set to currently. i am sure if i can find the file to manipulate, then i can also delete the button altogether in the alternative...

... and you've looked at the affiliate_summary.tpl.php file in the /templates/content, and this line in particular:
