Had an existing site template changed and web domain changed. The hosting company copied the existing files over to my new cpanel and domain. Never had any problems with the product listings and categories before. The descriptions for the categories and products are not saving but the headings, titles and meta tags are. Everything else works beautifully.

Any idea what it could be. Hosting company off until Monday and I have loads of products to enter into the new site this weekend. Can anyone give me an idea where to look. I have 3 other CRE 6.4B2B sites which are functional.

So are you using an html editor for the product and category descriptions?
Have you checked the database tables to see if anything is getting written to the product/category description tables?

Otherwise, have you tried :
1. switching off the html editor
2. using the EPA Import to upload these (bypassing the editor)?
