Not sure why but when I try to change the meta data on my category pages it's not saving? Im new to this program and i'm just trying to help a friend with some seo, most importantly the title tags.

I'm afraid I dont know much more than that at this point but can you guys help trouble shoot? I've searched every where and I can't find an answer.

Im really looking forward to digging into this, thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer.

Wrong permission set on the header_tags file maybe ? Find a file that you can save stuff to - check the permissions on it (eg 644 or 646) and change the header tags file to those.

If no go, how are you editing the tag (eg through the admin, through a file editor ?)
