I asked one programmer to modify code little bit

Here what I asked:
Example: When I'll make in admin panel coupon code let's say 3% off and I would buy lets say some product what cost let's say 785 SEK so I will use coupon code during checkout, and everything is working like a charm it's giving me off 23.55SEK, how it's possible to lose these .55 SEK I would like that it would be 24SEK, don't want to add these decimal Places in coupon admin.

I know if I will go to Admin panel - Currencies then edit there my SEK currency and I will put Decimal Places to nothing then it will do that like a charm , but I would like to leave these decimal places just want to lose it on coupons what code or file I need to edit?

Where could I change it back to normal? What file I need to edit?

Have you considered using a fixed rate coupon??
