I'm experiencing a frightening and very frustrating and intemittent problem. When I edit a product (e.g., make changes to the product description) and then update, sometimes one or more products "vanish". What I mean by this is that there's still a line item for the product under the category and the product images are still there. But all the text (product name, description, etc.) are all wiped clean, and typically, the product status is switched to inactive. Replacing the missing information from one product can then cause another to vanish. I can't seem to get them all restored!

I'm using CRE Loaded Pro 6.2 [13.1 (SP1)]. I also have CRE Content Director installed, for what it's worth.

Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated at your earliest opportunity.

The only time I have experienced that is when the sql host goes away as you try to save the product. But that was the only time I have ever saw this happening.

This type of issue can be caused by the MySQL server "going away" (closing connection , restarting , etc) or by POST or GET variables not being picked up due to a variety of reasons. Use of Suhosin may be a factor.
