Hey Guys I am new here - but really glad to find this forum

I have just activated the advertising module in my e-commerce stores , set up banners in banner marketing section.

They showed up straight away

But when I go to look at them in another browser or another computer they are gone

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Are you talking about the banners activated through Admin >> Marketing >> Banner Manager or Admin >> Modules >> Checkout Success ? If the earlier, is the banner still actually active (green light) ?
Tried refreshing the pages on the other browsers?

update: i was using the marketing> banner manager way and they had turned themselves off - thanks

Can you tell us more about this bit:

in the side bar - say where you have terms and conditions, best sellers etc

small banners then - is the infobox holding them still displaying or did you put the banner function in the column?
maybe a url would help ...

Lol .. .and the banner is meant to be showing where? In the box called 'Advertise' ... if so what's the problem, it's there ... ?
