I'm in the process of filling in all the Meta Tags information on my product pages through my admin. I see Title Meta Tag, Description Meta Tag and Key Word Meta Tag and I'm assuming that by filling in this section search engines such as Google will be able to find these words and definitions. I have also discovered from reading this forum the Header Tags - Fill Tags and Header Tags - English located under the Design Controls tab but, I'm a little confused on how these settings will affect the Meta tags on my product pages. I also sell on Amazon and I'm wondering if the Meta Tags on my product pages in CRE loaded work in the same manner as the keywords section in Amazon as far as being found by search engines. I have thousands of products on my CRE loaded website and I need to fill in all the Meta tag information so I want to make sure I'm doing it properly.

Meta tags won't do much nowadays IMO - meta title can be coded just to duplicate the product name; keywords - don't bother; description - limit this to a couple of sentences, possibly the first 2 of the product description.

Thank you for responding, "Meta tags won't do much nowadays" I thought that maybe the case, is writing good page content that I place in the standard description area on my product page the best way of being found on the Internet? Do you have any other suggestions?
