paypal issue

version 6.2 ( no i can not upgrade due to my template not working with other versions)

I have activated paypal on our site and when you go to order some thing it just goes to checkout_confirmation.php which is blank and doesnt redirect to paypal so they can enter the payment details etc,

Is there any thing to do to get this working so customers can pay via paypal?
