hello im new here and new to Cre loaded my question is looking at using CRE loaded for my new adult shop and wondered if there is any way to import data feed ie CSV and XML feeds in to CRE loaded thanks in advice

You can import/export the data through CSV/txt files in your cart. You need to use EPA (Easy Populate Export) in order to import/export the products. You will get EPA in your cart admin >> Data manager >> EPA Export/ Import. Take the backup of your cart DB before exporting importing the data.
