we have just got around to testing and ready to go live and found a problem

when a customer chooses there payment and click next it goes to the check out conformation page (which doesnt produce a order)

it totaly avoides any payment pages we have tryed on paypal and cheque payments and both do the same just does to the order conformation page which is blank


realy need some help

'About to go live and just got around to testing' ... lol.

There are several areas to check, firstly error_log.txt or any error messages would be the best place to start.
Secondly, re the paypal module: have a read of these suggestions:

Assuming you're using 6.2 patch 14, holding back upgrading from that version because of the template isn't recommended. The code in 6.2 / 14 is several years out of date now and I haven't seen a 6.2 cart that hasn't been hacked yet.

seems to happen on other payments as well enables cheque payments and same things happens

Tried removing and reinstalling payment modules? Have they ever worked? Recent mods to site prior to module failure? Which patch? Needs more detail really.
