I don't think Kirk works for CRE support. I think he's a free lancer and is self employed.

Happy to hear he could help. Give him and his company all the credit, not CRE support staff which rarely makes an appearance this forum.

Update:

Kirk now does work for CRE in Support. And yes CRE support staff rarely makes appearances in the forums mainly due to being busy working the customers directly in support. We will however endeavor to have the senior techs, John K and now Kirk O become more active in the forums.
