We contacted this so called "CRE-Loaded certified developer" a man by the name of Jason Mayer to implement a stock quantity module on two of our sites. We paid him $400 for the two modules + installation and a 14 days deadline period or money back. After we paid that was the last we heard from him and only started getting the full idea of his activities once we opened a paypal dispute against this individual (8 days after deadline and after we tried contacting him but with no luck) he came back with every excuse under the sun but nothing to explain why he never answered our emails and caused one of our sites to be down for over two days without even prior notice.

All we are trying to achieve with this post is to warn other people who might somehow stumble on this man's site to be aware of this very dodgy operation!!

the qtpro option is in the configuration. and the track stock is in the categories page in the right section of the product area next edit attributes.

I don't think they said anything about the dev site not working.. just never installed it for them

ah yes the install the client site is only patch 7 and the other patch 10.1 the contribution he ordered is for patch 11 and would have me update him to patch ten or would do it himself after I informed him that those were the requirements the client had already received the software by email on the 14th of august and install was awaiting the upgrades. The client was only looking to get the software and then open a claim to avoid paying for it. I work hard to create or port files to creloaded and I did what i was supposed to. I'm willing to complete the install but the client needs to complete his requirements first.

Mr. Jason, sorry but you can try spin this anyway you want but the fact is that you didn’t do what you promised. I asked you specifically in writing that the full installation should be done by August 14 and that you will give us a full refund if you could not complete it on that date. You agreed (I have this in writing)

Regarding your excuses about our software being out of date... you only came with this line after the deadline had already passed by one week and you had done nothing nor answered our emails, and we had already opened a paypal dispute.

so you can try wriggle and worm yourself out of this situation but its just not going to work, from what I see in this forums we are not the first ones you swindled, and that’s why CRE-Loaded has removed your link as one of their cre loaded certified developer and partner.

Last I saw as of Friday my link was reinstated. Since I did not swindle you. sorry you feel that way. The project had nothing to do with the install, the project was the software and the install was a free promo separate from the project. The project was completed on time. Now as creloaded emailed you I'm willing to upgrade you sites to the current patches and the install your qtpro mod. Now I will only install this once and only once so if you have me install in on a mirror server. you can copy it over. But I have a feeling you only care about stealling the software from me. Prove me wrong and lets finish the job.

Also, your link may have been re-instated but I am in communication with CRE-Loaded and you are still under investigation... lets see what will happen after they read your emails....not only to me but from the other people you swindled...

After being scammed by you "mr CRE-Guru", having lost $400 on something completely useless. I feel it is necessary to warn other people not to make the same mistake. This Forum is the best way to achieve it. You may not like it... but after the countless people you have already scammed this is the best way to get it across and stop you from ripping anybody else off!

This mater popped up on our radar because the forum user “store5555” sent an email to CRE Loaded ™ reporting an issues they are having with CRE-GURU. We have reached out to the service provider (cre-guru) and they have provided all of their documentation in this matter and also offered to work with “store5555” to help with the remaining issues, issues that may have been due to a software version incompatibility.

As we all know problems do come up in the world of coding, it’s not some much what the problem is as what is done about it. CRE-GURU has offered to work in good faith and provide FREE of charge to the customer an upgrade to their current site so that the added feature (QTpro) will work. CRE Loaded ™ has reached out to the “store5555” via reply to there first email about this issue but has yet to receive a reply.

CRE-Guru is not under investigation and their link on creloaded.com is active, it is our policy to suspend a link upon complaint by a customer against one of our partners, however once that partner responds and supplies the requested information their link is activated again until such time as they prove themselves to be unworthy of being listed on creloaded.com. This is not the case in this matter, CRE-GURU is working in good faith to resolve this matter.

As a business man I do think that cre-guru should cut his losses while he's ahead. Reason being: bottom line in business the customer is always right. If we lose sight of the customers' there will be none for that business. Also in business bad news and experiences travel fast. So instead of keeping the mans money and retaliating with useless comments do what it takes to make the man happy, I believe its called business ethics and eventually we all finially learn it. Hopefully before its too late. In the end we are all the little guy at one time so lets not forget about'em.

also, not that this applies, some customers are never happy once you reach a certain point.. and though we do not know the whole story.. most have two sides


A good example is template shop.. which used to be favored with creloaded.. but after enough people were robbed of hard earned money for templates that didn't work.. well they are no longer a part..

I would like to see a forum topic about 3rd party people.. kind of like the better business bureau.. but with creloaded.. nice to have a place to get things settled.. good and bad.. where users/customers have had no outlet

It would also help the developers, template providers, and all the other other guys build a reputation.. crelance does this to some extent.. but it is expensive to win small jobs

Yes I too bought a piece of software from the CRE-Guru...

It does not work!...

He has turn the work of the "free programer" into a business of stealing their contribution codes and calling them his own for a profit.

Where is my refund Guru-man, days I tried to contact this guy for days.

I gave up, moved on....Do something about this Creloaded staff where is your pride in what he has done to free contributions!
