Checkout this super handy feature for Designer Oriented Stores (T-Shirt , Print Media, Photographic, Documentation, Audio/MP3, Wedding Planners that need non personal correspondance etc. The list is endless for the uses of this all new mod! The Idea was based on the VERY limited Bilder(File) Upload,though Bilder was jpg only, this new set of code has been written with the same basic principles in mind with MUCH MUCH more capability.

At the Product Info page There will be an Attribute named "File Upload" this is the trigger for the checkout success module and is the only required piece of work for the store owner to perform to be fully functional. The Customer Simply checks the box, radio, dropdown etc...(your choice) and upon successful checkout they will see the RCI content reminding them they have chosen to upload a file or files related to that order. They are re-directed to the account history info page for the successful order. The Files are then Stored on the server (configurable in admin) under a created folder inside the images directory based off of the CustomersName_order_ID (JonDoe_order_2112) (for accounts = JonDoe_account_345) for very easy retrieval by ftp or if you are a non-ftp savvy store owner there will be clickable (right click save as) text links available in the orders listing via the admin when selecting the associated order row. The Configuration values for the Module are:
Enable File Upload Module
Order Status check for Uploading? - > Check for "Allow Download" Order Status before showing the File Upload FORM on the Account History Info page?
File Upload size limit? - > Set this number to the size limit for your File Uploads. (2048000 -> 2MB 4096000 => 4MB)
Send Files in Email? - > Setting this to "True" will send the customers uploads to the store admin email.
Save files to the Server? - > Setting this to "True" will save the customers uploads to the server.
How many File Upload Fields to show? - > Select a number for the amount of File Upload Fields to show on the Account History info page. 10 is the highest number you can enter in this filed!
Show File Upload on Customer Account Page? - > Setting this to "True" will show the File Uploads FORM on the Customers Account page.
With many Configuration variables and the Email feature alone this can be the hub of a custom design based media store. Coupled with full "Deny from all" htaccess support after foldercreation/file insertion the only way to get at the files is ftp or directly from the admin orders/accounts listing pages.
