For some reason I cannot get my sipping module to give shipping. It does not come up at all. I know my settings are correct but nada. Any ideas ?

... and your products all have weights? What are the settings in the module? Any other shipping modules working?
Needs more detail really.

Everything has weights. I just added Table rates and it works, but not what I want. Below is my Canada Post settings. Any help would be appreciated

Probably shipping zone not set up properly. Here's some advice - it's written for tax rates but applies to shipping zones too:

Seeing that I'd look at updating the module:

especially if you're with godaddy or a host with port 30000 blocked. It may not be working because of these factors and/or it's never been updated.

Is your store setup correctly under Admin >> Configuration >> Shipping ?
Tried removing / reinstalling the modules mentioned ?

I re-entered the customer info and it all looks right to me.
