I have 2 websites that I would like to have the same layout and feel. I am specifically looking for things to be moved around a bit, some color changes, and focus on the header and footer areas of my sites.

The changes I feel are easy I just don't know how to do them. I am not looking for a redesign of the sites, I just want to add a few things and move things around to make the site look more proffesional and clean things up a bit.
