Loaded Commerce Community

Hi everybody, I'm checking out CRE Loaded and like it a lot, but I have some questions:

Is there a Norwegian language pack?
If not: Where can I find instructions on how to create/maintain one?
Is there some sort of framework for teams that's interested in creating/maintaining new language packs?
I found the CRE Forge, but can't find any localization efforts there, is there any organized effort to localize CRE Loaded for more languages?

Maybe I've missed something, but either there is no easy (or at least easily found) way to get involved in an organized effort to localize or there is no organized effort to do so at all and this seems strange to me....

Our web shop is in Norwegian, we're thinking of converting it to CRE Loaded but we need it to stay in Norwegian, if the only way to do so is to translate everything ourselves and then probably do it again every time we upgrade I'm gonna continue looking for something else I guess....

But as I said: I may have missed something.....?
